The Reset Retreat

The Reset Retreat is a 21 day solo retreat (3 weeks of online content + 1 in-person day retreat), for busy women seeking to space to reconnect with self and elevate their daily wellness routine.
There are daily online sessions with a weekly zoom call, culminating in a full-day, in-person retreat

Week 2: Wellness Goals

To choose 3 practices that resonate with you from week 1 and create your Holistic Wellness Plan, which will for the basis of your solo day retreat.

Week 3: Integration & Transformation

Daily Meditation & Journaling Practice leading up to your in person retreat day.
Solo Day Retreat (with an optional overnight stay)
